DoNexus was founded in 2025 at the Technical University of Munich, with the aim of sustainably relieving property management through the use of modern AI technology. We develop assistance systems that truly ease the burden on managers - not create new tasks. The industry has been working under high pressure for years, while innovation often fell short. We want to change that.

Our guideline is clear: We consistently develop solutions from the perspective of property managers. In close cooperation with leading property management companies in Germany, applications are created that address specific challenges and provide immediate value.

We place special emphasis on intuitive operation and high reliability. AI should make a real difference where applicable and stay in the background when it needs to reduce complexity.

Our goal: To relieve property managers in the long term so they can focus on what really matters: the professional management of their properties, not managing their software.
