DoNexus secures €600,000 Angel Funding for AI Agents in Property Management

Munich, 14 October 2025: The Munich startup DoNexus has successfully completed an angel funding round worth 600,000 euros.

Aiming to relieve property managers through AI, DoNexus was able to convince renowned investors such as the Superangels, Buildery VC, and Interhyp founder Marcus Wolsdorf, as well as other angels. The capital is to finance the market entry and further development of the AI platform for property management.

DoNexus’s goal is to relieve property managers of repetitive tasks and manual processes - through AI agents that understand, pre-process, and propose suitable solutions independently. The system reduces processing times and measurably increases service quality in an industry that has been suffering from a shortage of skilled workers and poor image for years.

From Operational Bottleneck to Strategic Growth

Property management companies in Europe manage assets worth over 17 trillion euros

and support 107 million households. At the same time, they suffer from a massive shortage of skilled workers: Over 40% of companies cannot fill open positions,

85% do not have enough staff to implement modernisation, and more than 50% have to turn away new clients due to lack of capacity. At the same time, property managers often have to manually handle over 80 inquiries per day - mostly via email or telephone.

Property management companies are the backbone of the real estate industry - but they are stifled by repetitive routine work. With DoNexus, we want to turn the manager into an active leader.

-Daniel Parak, Co-founder & CEO of DoNexus

An AI-Centric Solution for Proactive Management

DoNexus is developing the first AI-based agent system specifically designed for property management companies. The platform integrates directly into existing communication channels and document repositories. Incoming messages are automatically analysed, categorised, and pre-processed before the manager even opens them.

Each inquiry is linked with the corresponding property, the AI researches relevant information, and suggests concrete action steps. In this way, property managers can focus again on what really matters.

We were impressed from the beginning by how focused DoNexus is in tackling an age-old problem in the industry. No vision in the distant future, but measurable relief in everyday life - and a team that not only discusses but delivers from day 1.

-Franzi Majer, Founding Partner at superangels

Technology from the Environment of Technical University of Munich

DoNexus was founded in 2025 by Daniel Parak (Business & Product) and Zeno Woywood (Tech & AI) in Munich. The platform is based on an agentic-first approach, where AI agents autonomously execute processes, update data, and coordinate communication flows between different systems. The startup was already supported early on by the Munich ecosystem in programmes such as the TUM Venture Labs XPLORE and xdeck.

Outlook

With the fresh capital, DoNexus plans to initiate further pilot projects with property management companies in the coming months, further develop the product, and advance team expansion at the Munich location. The startup is actively seeking talent in various roles for this purpose.

Long-term, DoNexus aims to free property management from operational burdens - and transform it into a strategic growth function.
