Why we founded DoNexus

"Property managers are the backbone of the real estate industry - but they are suffocating in repetitive routine work. With DoNexus, we want to turn the administrator into an active manager," says Daniel Parak, co-founder of DoNexus.

The idea arose from practice. We wanted to understand what property managers really need - not what we think is sensible. To this end, we spoke to over 100 administrations, did internships and looked at processes in detail. The result: a clear vision. Administrators want and can do much more than just manage. We want to enable them to use their abilities rather than just processing repetitive work.
